Nomad

Nomad is a packing list that knows your baggage limit. You pick the airline, add what you're taking, and it shows how much weight you have left before you go over.

Why

You pack for a trip, get to the airport, and the bag is 2kg over. Now you either pay for it or put on three sweaters at check-in.

Weighing things at home doesn't help much if you never see the total.

How it works

1. Create a trip and pick a preset: Ryanair (7kg), EasyJet (15kg), carry-on (10kg), backpack (8kg) or checked (23kg).
2. Add your items. The common ones (laptop, jeans, charger...) already come with a typical weight, or you type your own.
3. Check things off as they go in the bag.

The weight bar fills up as you add items. Go over the limit and it turns red and tells you by how much, so you know what to take out.
